Brian - aka JD

Brian and his lovely
wife Mary live in Michigan, USA, and have been married for 26 years .....
they have one daughter, one son and a wonderful grandson aged 5. Brian was
diagnosed with ms 14 years ago, for the last few years this has been primary
progressive. Being a much loved member of JJ's, an on-line chat room for
those affected by ms, he spends as much time listening to, and supporting
others as he does 'larking' around and bringing a smile to the faces of
many. With such a fabulous sense of humour, it's not surprising that
others like to return a practical joke now and then, knowing that they will
not upset and offend, and of course, the outcome will be laughed about and
remembered for a long time. When asked for just one of his many
stories, Brian told us about the famous whoopee cushion episode:

conference room, gang sharing some food, drink and laughs
Maxie -
Donna, with a trick up her sleeve, had asked Mary to distract JD.
Encouraged to stand from his scooter for a minute or two, behind JD's
back someone slipped a whoopee cushion onto the seat of his scooter.
Being the only person not knowing what was going on, he innocently sits
back down...and then the laughter begins :) after a very loud and
embarrassing noise! This of course was the beginning of JD being
the 'butt' of many jokes
