My name is Paul Hipkiss and I live in Churchdown, Gloucester, a very pretty part of the English countryside. I am currently employed by the Civil Service working in the IT industry, having previously spent 23 years in the Royal Air Force. Toward the end of my career in the RAF  I became disabled with Osteoarthritis of the lower lumbar spine.

I became interested in building websites when my knowledge of computing improved, and I wanted to offer something back to the community I live in. Churchdown offered my son an opportunity to play football at quite a high level at the age of 8, and he spent the next 8 years playing regular matches. The football club is a charitable organisation and relies solely on the assistance of parents to manage and coach the children.
